We produce customised precision injection moulded parts using the plastic injection moulding process.
The geometries and design of the precision injection moulded parts can be tailored to individual customer requirements and applications.
Precision injection moulded parts are usually small parts with high output quantities, precise part design and structures, and tight tolerances. The injection moulding tools are designed and manufactured with up to 64 cavities. In many cases, the precision injection moulded parts are injected with a hot runner system. This allows us to offer an economical injection moulding process.

Plastic material selection
When selecting the plastic, the application and the requirements for the plastic part are decisive. We process all common polymers from PE, PP, ABS, PC, POM, PBT, PA, PPA, PPS to PEEK.
