Water filter production

In our “Aqua Center” we meet the special hygienic conditions to produce water filter cartridges of all kinds. The production steps include the preparation of the filter mixture, dosing and filling, welding and packaging of the water filter cartridges.

The assembly lines are product-specific and designed for the corresponding water filter. The production concept is determined in the development phase and depends on the design and the quantities required. Checks and tests can be integrated into the process.
