Project management

At elfo ag, all enquiries and projects are accompanied by a project manager from the engineering department. This means that our customers have a direct technical contact person. Communication takes place in a team with the corresponding sales manager. With these personal contacts, we want to offer customers added value.

The project manager has the project responsibility. As a link between the customer, elfo ag and our suppliers and partners, these positions play a central role.
