Quality assurance
In the project phase, a P-FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) is created for each component as part of the advanced product quality planning (APQP). The findings from the P-FMEA flow into the production control plan. From the control plan, the inspection records and quality control charts are created with the appropriate measuring equipment to ensure part quality. The inspection instructions are recorded in the work plan. In addition to production planning, our ERP system Dynamics 365 Business Central is also the central instrument for inspections and tests.
With every start of a new production order, a start acceptance is carried out by the quality assurance department. This ensures that the production order starts correctly. During series production, run checks are made according to specifications. If necessary, SPC measurements are carried out. For the evaluation of the cpk values, we work with the Q-DAS system.
Our central starting point is to train the employees on the production lines on the requirements of the parts and how to use them.
CNC coordinate measuring machine ZEISS O-INSPECT 5/4/3
This new high-end measuring system has a range of innovative functions that ensure efficient and reliable testing.
- 3D measurements with maximum precision: Ideal for validating complex geometries and the smallest tolerances.
- Take non-contact optical measurements: Perfect for sensitive components where contact measurements could be problematic.
- Achieve faster throughput times thanks to the scanning process with white light sensor.
- Switch flexibly between tactile and optical measurement methods: This allows us to efficiently test a wide range of requirements and materials.
- Carry out more precise quality checks, guaranteeing higher measurement quality for our parts.
With this innovative technology, we ensure that the projects fulfil the highest requirements from initial sampling to series production.
