The course for smooth industrialisation is set in our engineering department. With our co-engineering process, we ensure the optimal design of the part. You benefit from our many years of cross-industry experience.

We support you in optimising the 3D model, creating the part drawing and selecting the material. If required, we can analyse and evaluate the plastic part and injection moulding tool with a filling study.

The equipment required for series production, such as injection moulding tools, production automation and automatic assembly machines, are the basis for a stable production process. The injection moulding tools are designed and manufactured in-house.

When it comes to advance quality planning, we adhere to the IATF16949 quality management system. In the project phase we are working with appropriate feasibility studies, process FMEA, production control plans and prepare the test plans for series-related tests and SPC measurements.
