Parts production
All parts are produced at one location in Sachseln in the heart of Switzerland. The manufacturing processes are controlled by production control plans.
Plastic injection moulding
We have around 40 injection moulding machines in operation with clamping forces from 250kN to 2’200kN.
If required, the injection moulding machines can be expanded with production automation to integrate upstream and downstream process steps.
Water filter production
Water filter cartridges are produced under appropriate hygienic conditions in our Aqua Center.
Assembly – Testing – Packing
We also offer advanced process steps such as assembly, testing, industrial washing and packaging of parts.
Production planning
Production planning and production control provide the overview. The central ERP system Dynamics 365 Business Central with batch tracking supports the corresponding production steps with their planning and monitoring.
All production processes are defined in process instructions. This ensures reproducibility and process stability. Inspection instructions are derived from the production control plan, running inspections are documented via quality control charts. Start acceptances, final part inspections and SPC measurements are prepared in cooperation with our own quality assurance department.
Trainings
Employees receive regular further training and are specially trained for their tasks.
Shift model
Our parts production works in a general 3-shift operation with the possibility of expansion to 17 shifts per week.
