All production units are designed for a continuous 3-or 4-shift production and are in full operation. Flexibility, productivity and quality are key factors of success in our factory.

	Injection molding our strong points are in offering customized semi- and fully automated production processes adapted to our customers market-requirements. Quality takes place at elfo all the time and everywhere. Quality is maintained and continuously monitored by means of inline testing, process control-cards and other valuable support-tools Finished products are inline packed at the machine and held ready for shipment in a intermediate storage. By means of our internal ERP-system all production processes can be back-tracked at any time.
	Logistics A challenging customer order is only completed with a timely and safe shipping-process. Our efficient logistics-system ensures stock capacity for cost-efficient global shipping.
